ACM&ESI has an environmental staff of professionals on hand which has a history of specializing in the testing and monitoring of Asbestos, Lead, and Indoor Air Quality.We also have an extensive record of Phase I, Phase II and property transfer reporting experience.
Our professionals have worked on over a hundred asbestos projects for the State of Indiana, Department of Administration, Public Works Department. The numerous projects have included NESHAP demolition and Renovation surveys, Final Clearance asbestos abatement air monitoring and visual inspections, air monitoring design schemes, fiber release investigation and remediation consultation, Industrial hygiene services, public relations meetings, review subcontractor close-out reports, and 24 hour emergency response Asbestos Consultant Services. ACM&ESI has also worked with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources on the design of the remediation of a major fiber release episode at a State Historical Museum.
Our personnel have worked throughout the state of Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Rhode Island, and Connecticut on asbestos related inspections. We have prepared numerous Operations and Maintenance Plans (O&M) for Private Firms and State and Federal Government Agencies.
